How it started

Georgia Beaver Reapers didn't start as a product company. It started in the creek bottoms and swamps of Southern Georgia, running traplines and solving beaver problems for landowners, timber companies, and municipalities. The products came later. Born out of necessity when the off-the-shelf options just weren't cutting it.

Why we started making products

When you're in the field every day dealing with beavers that won't cooperate, you either find what works or you make it yourself. That's exactly what we did. Our lure formulas were developed over years of trial and error. We performed rigorous testing, adjusting, and refining until we had products that consistently produced results in the toughest conditions. Creek Jumper wasn't designed in a lab. It was designed on a trapline by a trapper who needed something better than what was available.

Today, Georgia Beaver Reapers is a sub-brand of Asiga Wildlife Extractors, and our products are used by trappers across the Southeast and beyond. But the approach hasn't changed. We're still working trappers. We still test every product ourselves before offering it to customers. And we still answer the phone when you need help figuring out which lure to use or how to rig a set for a specific situation.
